Ep 41. Rita's Seed of Evil

In Power Rangers season 1 episode 41, titled "Rita's Seed of Evil," the Power Rangers are faced with a new threat from Rita Repulsa. Rita unleashes a seed of evil that begins to grow and take over Angel Grove.

The episode begins with Kimberly, the Pink Ranger, practicing her gymnastics routine at the gym. Meanwhile, Bulk and Skull, two bullies from Angel Grove High, are up to no good. They find a box containing the seed of evil and decide to plant it in the park as a prank.

Unbeknownst to them, the seed quickly grows into a giant vine that begins to take over the park. The Power Rangers are notified of the strange occurrence and quickly spring into action to stop the vine from spreading. However, they soon realize that the seed of evil is more powerful than they anticipated.

As the vine continues to grow, it begins to spread its spores throughout Angel Grove. These spores have the power to turn anyone they come into contact with evil. The Power Rangers have to race against time to stop the vine from spreading and find a way to reverse the effects of the spores.

Meanwhile, Rita Repulsa is watching the chaos unfold from her moon palace. She revels in the destruction and decides to send down her own monster to help spread the evil even further.

The monster, known as Octoplant, is a giant octopus-like creature with the ability to shoot poison from its tentacles. The Power Rangers face off against Octoplant and ultimately defeat it, but not before it can spray some of its poison on the Rangers.

The poison causes the Rangers to become angry and hostile towards each other. They end up turning on one another and fighting amongst themselves. This plays right into Rita's plan as she watches from her moon palace.

Eventually, the Power Rangers find a way to overcome the effects of the poison and come together to stop the seed of evil once and for all. They successfully destroy the vine and prevent any further harm from being caused.

In the end, Bulk and Skull are discovered to be the ones responsible for planting the seed of evil. They apologize for their mistake and vow to never cause trouble again. The episode concludes with the Power Rangers reflecting on their experience and vowing to always work together to protect Angel Grove from evil forces.
