Three teens, Conner the jock, Kira the singer, and Ethan the gamer have all landed themselves in detention. Lucky for them, it's Dr. Tommy Oliver's first day as a teacher and he would rather take the teens on a field trip than waste the afternoon in a stuffy classroom.Dr. Oliver takes the kids to a museum of natural history, only something is afoot. It is now owned by Anton Mercer Industries. Tommy has had his own history with Anton Mercer. He sends the group into the forest to search for fossils while he takes a closer look at the museum.While digging around, the kids fall into a sinkhole.
