Qi Gong for Beginners teaches people about the ancient Chinese health care system that is described as meditation with movement. The show is about the practice of skills that strengthen the body and mind through the vital energy of the body. It teaches the cultivation of the skills necessary to bring the vital energy to heal and strengthen every part of the body.

The show has been shown on PBS and has Lee Holden as the instructor. The shows are thirty minutes of exercise. The viewers get the chance to watch how a proud Chinese tradition can be incorporated into their lives to bring a difference.
