Ep 2. Angels Don't Cry

In the second episode of Rin ~ Daughters of Mnemosyne, titled "Angels Don't Cry," Rin Asogi is hired by a woman to investigate her husband, who has been acting strange lately. Rin goes undercover as a waitress at a café where the man frequents, and starts to observe him.

Meanwhile, Rin's assistant, Mimi, is investigating the case of a missing girl who was last seen near a riverbank. As she investigates, she runs into a strange woman who seems to have some sort of connection to Rin.

As Rin continues to observe the suspicious man, she discovers that he has been meeting with a woman who is suspected of being involved in a recent murder case. Rin decides to follow the woman, but ends up getting caught in a trap set by the woman's accomplice.

Rin finds herself in a dangerous situation, but luckily, Mimi comes to her rescue. The two women team up to take down the accomplice and solve the murder case.

Throughout the episode, flashbacks are shown of Rin's past, revealing more about her immortality and the mysterious organization that she works for. The episode ends with another cliffhanger, leaving viewers eager to see what happens next.
