The Scrap Monster is able to tear through the walls of the mining colony and wreak havoc wherever it goes. The Star Sheriffs realize that they will need to come up with a plan to defeat the robot if they want to save the colony.

Meanwhile, April and Fireball come up with a daring plan to infiltrate the outlaw camp and gather intelligence. They disguise themselves as miners and sneak into the camp, hoping to gain the trust of the outlaws. However, their plan goes awry when they are discovered by Bret Madison himself.

Back at the mining colony, Saber Rider and Colt continue to fight the outlaws and the Scrap Monster. They are able to hold their own for a while, but they soon realize that the robot is too powerful for them to defeat alone. They call in April and Fireball for backup.

April and Fireball manage to escape from the outlaw camp, but they are pursued by a group of outlaws in a hovercraft. Just when all hope seems lost, they are saved by a mysterious woman on a motorcycle. The woman introduces herself as Jesse Blue and offers to help the Star Sheriffs defeat Bret Madison and his gang.

Together, the Star Sheriffs and Jesse Blue come up with a plan to take down the Scrap Monster once and for all. They lure the robot into a trap and then launch a surprise attack on the outlaw camp. The Star Sheriffs and Jesse Blue fight off the outlaws and destroy the Scrap Monster.

In the end, the Star Sheriffs are able to save the mining colony and restore peace to the planet M770. They say goodbye to Jesse Blue, who disappears just as mysteriously as she appeared. The Star Sheriffs know that they will never forget the brave woman who helped them in their time of need.
