Ep 16. Wiseman's Evil Hand: Chibi-Usa Disappears

Wiseman's Evil Hand: Chibi-Usa Disappears is the 16th episode of Sailor Moon R's second season. It follows the story of Chibi-Usa, the daughter of Neo-Queen Serenity and King Endymion, as she goes on a walk in the forest and ends up getting captured by Wiseman.
As the episode begins, Chibi-Usa is walking through the forest when she suddenly sees a shadowy figure. As she approaches, she realizes that it is Wiseman, a villain that the Sailor Scouts have encountered before. Wiseman tells Chibi-Usa that he can take her to the future, where her mother and father are waiting for her. Chibi-Usa, being a trusting child, goes with him willingly.
Meanwhile, the Sailor Scouts are gathered at the Hikawa Shrine, where they are discussing the recent appearance of the Black Moon Clan. They are interrupted by a phone call from Chibi-Usa's school, informing them that she never showed up for class that day. The Sailor Scouts realize that something must be wrong and decide to search for her.
As they search for Chibi-Usa, they come across Wiseman, who is holding a crystal ball. Wiseman reveals that he has captured Chibi-Usa and that he plans to use her to gain access to the Silver Crystal. The Sailor Scouts try to attack him, but he disappears into thin air.
With their friend in danger, the Sailor Scouts decide to split up and search the city. They soon discover that the entire city has been taken over by Wiseman's Black Moon Clan. As they make their way through the city, they encounter several of the Black Moon Clan's henchmen, who are trying to take the Silver Crystal for themselves.
The Sailor Scouts manage to defeat the henchmen and continue their search for Chibi-Usa. They eventually find her trapped in a crystal cage, surrounded by the Black Moon Clan. Sailor Moon is determined to rescue Chibi-Usa and defeat the Black Moon Clan once and for all.
As the episode comes to a close, the Sailor Scouts engage in a battle with the Black Moon Clan. It is a fierce battle, with both sides taking heavy casualties. Sailor Moon manages to free Chibi-Usa from her crystal cage and together they launch a powerful attack against the Black Moon Clan, defeating them and saving the city.
Wiseman, however, is still out there somewhere, plotting his next move. The Sailor Scouts know that they must stay vigilant, as the battle is far from over.
