Ep 17. The Dark Queen: Birth of Black Lady

The Scouts finally track down the Time Key, but their victory is short-lived. Wiseman appears and reveals his true identity as an evil entity who has been manipulating Chibi-Usa and the Dark Queen. He reveals his plan to use Black Lady's powers to create a new future where he reigns supreme.

In a dramatic showdown, the Sailor Scouts face off against Wiseman and Black Lady. With the help of Tuxedo Mask, they manage to defeat Wiseman, but Black Lady manages to escape. The episode ends with the Sailor Scouts realizing that their biggest challenge is yet to come, as they prepare to face the even more dangerous Black Lady.
