Located on Manhattan's much-sought-after Upper East Side, Dan and Nicole's apartment is a find. Despite the fact that it doesn't have a view, this 1-bedroom gets lots of light and has a decent amount of closet space--a rare commodity in New York. But it has a dated kitchen that seems to be a real issue. Plus, Dan likes modern and Nicole prefers antiques--and they're scattered throughout the apartment. Dan's not sure about some of designer Roger Hazard's planned fixes; will he approve when it's finished?
