Jackie Mullen wants to downsize and after a year-and-a-half with a "for sale" sign in the front yard, she realizes that she needs help. The custom three-bedroom home that her parents built in the 1950's is just too big for this empty nester. With great features like a big kitchen, large yard and a mother-in-law apartment upstairs the house is bound to attract buyers--but for some reason the place hasn't been snatched up.
