He and Matt team up to investigate The Black Shadow and soon find themselves in a dangerous situation.

As the story unfolds, it becomes clear that The Black Shadow is in fact working for The Kingpin and that Fisk is pulling the strings. Daredevil and Spider-Man realize that they must put aside their differences and work together to take down their common enemy. Together, they devise a plan to infiltrate Fisk's building and face off against The Black Shadow.
