Star Wars Rebels Season 3 Episode 3 The Call

Ezra, Zeb, and Chopper are sent on a mission by Hera to retrieve some fuel from a planet that has been devastated by mining operations. The planet is also home to a group of Purrgil, large whale-like creatures that can travel through hyperspace. When the Rebels arrive on the planet, they discover that the mining operations have caused the planet's ecosystem to collapse and the Purrgil are the only source of clean air left.

While collecting the fuel, Ezra is drawn to the Purrgil and manages to establish a telepathic connection with the creatures after a daring rescue. He learns that the Purrgil are in danger from the mining operations and that they are seeking revenge. Ezra tries to convince the Purrgil to leave with them, but they refuse to abandon their home and the planet's remaining resources.

As the Rebels prepare to leave, they are attacked by Imperial forces who are also seeking the fuel. The Rebels manage to escape with the help of the Purrgil, who use their hyperspace abilities to jump away from the Imperial fleet. The episode ends with the Rebels returning to the fleet with the fuel, but Ezra is left wondering about the true nature and intentions of the enigmatic Purrgil.
