Ep 7. High School Reunion

Alex, Elaine, and Tony get an invitation to their high school reunion. Alex dreams of being the class president again so he can give a speech to those he felt betrayed him. Elaine wants to show off her new successful career and body (she's been working out at a gym she's been waiting for years to join); and Tony has a chip on his shoulder about never having been able to play football in school, so he wants to impress everyone now. The group heads to the reunion in style in a limousine. Hilarity ensues as their expectations don't quite match up with reality. Alex is upset to learn that he was never the class president in the first place and his rival back then was actually a fan of his. Elaine is disappointed to see that most of her classmates didn't really care about her success and she ends up feeling awkward and out of place. Meanwhile, Tony, who had been hyping himself up about showing off his football skills, finds out that he's terrible at the game now and ends up causing a lot of chaos on the field. As the night progresses, they meet some old classmates and catch up on what they've been up to. Elaine reconnects with an old boyfriend and Alex learns that his enemy from high school was actually his biggest fan. It's a moment that makes him realize that his grudge is petty and insignificant. In the end, all three of them end up having a good time, despite their initial disappointments. Alex learns to let go of his anger and bitterness, Elaine realizes that she doesn't need validation from others, and Tony accepts that he's not as good at football as he thought he was. The group ends the night with a renewed sense of confidence and appreciation for each other.
