In the second episode of the fourth season of Taxi, titled Vienna Waits, the characters continue to face their personal struggles while working at the Sunshine Cab Company.

Alex (Judd Hirsch) is still dealing with his bitter separation from his wife, and turns to Bobby (Jeff Conaway) for help in getting a job as a court officer. However, when the two attend a manual labor job interview, they soon find out that it is not as easy as they thought it would be.

Meanwhile, Louie (Danny DeVito) is struggling to impress his new girlfriend, Zena (Rhea Perlman). He takes her to his apartment, only to find out that it is being fumigated. In an attempt to impress her, Louie takes her to Tony's (Tony Danza) apartment instead, but the plan doesn't go as expected.

Elsewhere, Elaine (Marilu Henner) is trying to impress a new client, Mr. Johnstone (Tommy Newsom), who is a jazz musician. She invites him to a classical music performance, but things spiral out of control when she accidentally takes him to a punk rock concert instead.

Finally, Jim (Christopher Lloyd) is struggling with a business decision when he has to decide whether or not to buy a new cab for the company.

Throughout the episode, the characters deal with their own personal struggles while working at the cab company, and eventually come together to support each other in their times of need.

Vienna Waits is a classic episode of Taxi, showcasing the unique and lovable characters that made the show a hit in the 1980s. With its blend of humor and heart, the episode is a must-see for fans of the show and anyone looking for a good laugh.
