The Customer is Always Right? is a television reality show. In this show two customers are asked to spent a week observing and offering improvements at various businesses. This reality show features companies willing to listen to feedback from their customers. It goes inside these companies by following customers who have given feedback. These customers are then asked to give suggestions to the company after they have observed the work going into making the product. Each week a new company is followed. This reality series focuses on companies listening to their customers. It follows customers as they observe and then give advice to those who run the companies.
