With no leads, Detectives Greg Gehring and Kurt Ballman hope a witness will come forward to lead them to a suspect. When the Shizz, creator of a popular Louisville dance, is gunned down, Detective Brenda Westcott attempts to solve the case despite a potentially unreliable witness.
