The victim's girlfriend was there and may know the identity of the killer. In Cincinnati, detectives Kurt Ballman and Jeff Schare investigate the murder of a 17-year-old boy who had been shot in the head while he was sleeping. They have to find out if the victim's friend, who fled the scene, is a scared witness or the shooter.
