Ep 3. Tonnie's Minis

In season 3 episode 3 of The Profit, Marcus Lemonis visits Tonnie's Minis, a bakery in Harlem that sells bite-sized cupcakes. The owner, Tonnie Rozier, opened the business in 2006 and it has since become a staple in the community. However, Tonnie's Minis is struggling financially and Tonnie is in over his head with debt.

When Marcus arrives, he immediately notices the chaos in the kitchen and the lack of organization in the business. He is also concerned about the quality of the product and the high turnover rate of employees. Marcus decides to invest $150,000 in exchange for a 50% ownership stake in the business.

He confronts Tonnie about his uhealthyy eating habits and encourages him to take care of himself both physically and mentally. Marcus also surprises Tonnie with a visit from his daughter, who he has not seen in several years.
