James Garner stars as Jim Rockford in this thrilling episode of The Rockford Files titled "The Dexter Crisis." As the pressure mounts, Angel's true character begins to shine through, and Jim realizes just how much he relies on his friend.

As the investigation heats up, Jim finds himself in increasingly dangerous situations. He narrowly escapes a shootout, and even finds himself in a high-speed car chase. Through it all, he remains determined to get to the bottom of the case and bring Heather home safely.

But as Jim gets closer to the truth, he realizes that there may be more at stake than just one woman's life. He discovers a sinister plot involving corruption at the highest levels, and begins to understand just how deep the rabbit hole goes.

In the end, Jim is faced with a difficult decision. Does he continue to pursue the truth, even if it means putting himself and his loved ones in danger? Or does he back off and let the powerful forces at work continue to operate unchecked?

With its taut writing and impressive cast, "The Dexter Crisis" is a standout episode of this classic series. James Garner shines in his role as the wily and determined Jim Rockford, and viewers will be on the edge of their seats until the very end.
