On their way to work one day Sam witnesses a car accident and picks up a cell phone. The caller says that if Sam does not make it home by a specific time his wife will be killed. This call was not meant for Sam and he thinks it is a case of mistaken identity. Sam tells Phil about this message. Phil thinks that they can be heroes and catch the caller. Sam and Phil did not know what they were getting themselves into. Before they know what is going on they are running from gunman and explosions. They are now not only trying to save their family members but other people in their town as well.
