Tim Gunn is a renown fashion designer and fashion consultant. He was a chair for the Parsons New School for Design and the chief creative officer for Liz Claiborne for many years. Recently, he was the host for the very popular show Project Runway. Tim Gunn is a fashion expert, who with his super model co-host, wants to share his expertise with specific people in the New york who are in a fashion nightmare. Each week, Tim and his co-host review a tape of a woman walking through the streets of New York in their particular style of dress. This video was shot by a friend or a relative that believed they needed a fashion overhaul. Tim then educates the person of the week through computer graphics and fashion examples about how to dress fashionably. After her education, the young lady is sent out with cameras to go shopping while Tim and his co-host critique her buying. After this process, Tim has their hair and makeup done for the final fashion reveal. This show not only helps the young lady involved, but also gives the viewer great fashion tips, tricks, and ideas.

They believe that Caroline's work clothes are limiting her ascent up the career ladder, however, Caroline's resistance to change may limit their ability to help.
