Ep 5. The Alamo

In Timeless season 1 episode 5, titled "The Alamo," the Time Team travels to March 6, 1836, to witness the famous battle at the Alamo in San Antonio, Texas. Meanwhile, Wyatt finds himself in a dangerous situation when he crosses paths with the infamous Jim Bowie, who is in possession of the weapon they seek.

As the battle rages on, Rufus struggles to keep the time machine hidden and protected from the hands of the Mexican army. He finds himself running from the soldiers and narrowly avoids capture several times, all while desperately trying to contact his teammates.

Amidst the chaos of the battle, Lucy, Wyatt, and Rufus must work together to complete their mission and avoid getting trapped in the past. As they make their way back to the time machine, they are confronted with a difficult choice that could have far-reaching consequences for all involved.

Overall, "The Alamo" is an action-packed episode that showcases the show's ability to balance historical accuracy with engaging storytelling. The episode does an excellent job of immersing the viewer in the chaos of the battle while also providing a glimpse into the personal lives of some of the famous figures involved. Fans of Timeless will not be disappointed with this exciting installment of the series.
