Description: Detective Michael Britten is trying to cope with his parallel versions of reality. One has him trying to bond with his son, Rex, as they suffer from losing Rex's mother. The other has him consoling his grieving wife, Hannah. A homeless man is murdered and a witness tells Britten and his rookie partner, Vega, that he saw a "small guy" at the scene of the crime.
