James chats with owner and chef, Steve Mai, about the inspiration behind his successful food truck and gets to sample some of their most popular dishes.

Next up, James heads over to Columbus, Ohio to check out the street food scene there. He meets up with the gang from Pitabilities, a food truck that serves up delicious and fresh Mediterranean-inspired food. James tries one of their most popular dishes - a pita filled with juicy grilled chicken, crispy fries, and a variety of veggies and sauces.

The episode moves on to Austin, Texas - a city known for its diverse and delicious food scene. James visits the La Barbecue food truck, which offers up some of the best BBQ in town. He chats with pit master and owner, John Lewis, and learns about their slow-cooked, flavorful meats and specialty sides.

Next, James travels to Denver, Colorado, where he gets to try some incredibly unique and flavorful street food. He visits the Crock Spot food truck, which specializes in savory crock pot dishes that are perfect for filling up on a cold day. James samples their popular pulled pork mac and cheese and learns about the ingredients and cooking techniques that make their dishes so delicious.

The episode finishes up in Winnipeg, Canada, where James explores the street food scene in this lively and diverse city. He visits The Red Ember, a food truck that serves up wood-fired pizzas made with fresh, organic ingredients. James gets to sample their delicious margherita pizza and chats with owner and chef, Jessie Schneider, about her passion for creating delicious pizzas from scratch.

As always, Eat St. season 5, episode 24, "Swede As Can Be," showcases the best of the best in street food across North America. From classic favorites to international cuisine to unique and creative twists on traditional dishes, viewers are sure to be inspired by the incredible food truck scene.
