This show is about the story of two girls named Jo and Meg, who are mercenaries that are living in the city of Tokyo, After they left their old life behind in New York, the two girls decide to live with their new family in a new city, However, Meg's best friend, Shierly, had been brutally attacked by a cyborg who was controlled by a crazy psychopath who is hunting down his victims by either severely injuring them, or killing them with his machine of death. Meg later finds out that she is his next target.

Meanwhile, Kyouhei finds himself flying in the air and into a canal where he lands on the moster that Jo had fought the night before. Fortunately for Kyouhei, the monster is dead.

In the ensuing scuffle, Kyouhei is knocked down and Shiho is taken by the monstrosity.
