In the latest episode of Beat Bobby Flay, titled "Steak Me Home Tonight," two chefs put their own spin on classic steak dishes in hopes of beating renowned chef Bobby Flay.

The first contestant is Chef Kenny Woodman, a self-taught chef from Nebraska who is known for his bold flavors and innovative dishes. He plans to impress the judges with his Korean-style grilled steak with kimchi butter and roasted garlic mashed potatoes. Despite his lack of formal training, Chef Woodman has won numerous culinary competitions and is confident in his ability to take on the Iron Chef.

The second contender is Chef Kristina Vanni, a home cook turned celebrity chef who has won awards for her recipes and food photography. She plans to showcase her skills with a decadent steak au poivre with a side of truffled mac and cheese. Chef Vanni is a fan of Bobby Flay and has dreamt of facing him in the kitchen for years.

The judges, TV host Monti Carlo and food critic Josh Ozersky, take a bite of each dish and deliberate on who should advance to the next round. Both dishes are delicious and well-executed, but ultimately, only one chef can challenge Bobby Flay.

In round two, the chosen chef must face off against Bobby Flay in a head-to-head steak cook-off. The secret ingredient is revealed to be horseradish, which adds a bold and spicy kick to the dishes.

Chef Woodman goes first, presenting a spicy horseradish-marinated skirt steak with a tangy horseradish aioli and a side of roasted cauliflower. Bobby Flay tastes the dish and seems impressed, noting that it's one of the best uses of horseradish he's tasted.

Chef Vanni is up next, presenting a dish that incorporates the horseradish in a unique way. Her dish is a chimichurri-marinated flank steak with a horseradish cream sauce and a side of crispy Brussels sprouts. Bobby Flay tastes the dish and admits that he has never tasted horseradish used in this way before, and is impressed by the creativity.

In the end, only one chef can claim victory and earn bragging rights for beating Bobby Flay in the kitchen. Will it be Chef Woodman, with his bold flavors and creative dishes, or Chef Vanni, with her unique spin on classic steak dishes? Tune in to this exciting episode of Beat Bobby Flay to find out.
