Join Anthony Anderson as he takes you around the country to sample some of the best carnival foods that are served. From small country fairs to large state events, he gives a few details about how the food is made while interviewing the people who prepare the treats. Anderson looks at all types of carnival foods ranging from fried Twinkies to meatball sandwiches. Anderson visits two to three locations during each episode so that there is a wide range of people to talk to in order to get their thoughts on the food that is prepared. While at each fair, he sometimes asks others what foods they enjoy eating before going on a hunt for that item. You can watch how each food is made and if there are any variations on the food depending on the area of the country where the festival is located, such as a twist on a Po'Boy in the southern states compared to those in the northern half of the country.
