In season 4 episode 22 of Chrisley Knows Best, titled "Pretty in Print," the Southern family is back to their usual antics. This time, they're trying to find a way to monetize their family name by printing their own t-shirts.
The episode starts out with Todd and Julie discussing the idea of creating their own branded merchandise in order to make some extra cash. They've already tried selling homemade candles and beauty products, but haven't had much success. Todd believes that putting their name on t-shirts is the key to success, but they need to come up with a catchy slogan first.
Meanwhile, Savannah is trying to plan a surprise birthday party for her friend Chloe. Chloe is turning 16 and is desperate for a car, but Savannah doesn't have the funds to buy her one. Instead, she decides to throw her a party and recruit her dad to help her in the planning process.
As Todd and Julie begin to brainstorm t-shirt ideas, they quickly realize that they have very different opinions on what will sell. Todd wants to come up with a bold and provocative slogan, while Julie wants something more family-friendly. Their disagreements lead to a fight, with Todd storming out of the room in frustration.
Despite her parents' disagreement, Savannah manages to put together a successful birthday party for Chloe. She even surprises her with a brand new car as a gift, which leaves Chloe and her family in tears.
Back at the Chrisley house, Todd and Julie make up and decide to compromise on their t-shirt design. They settle on a leopard print shirt with the phrase "Chrisley is my homeboy" written in bold letters. They then recruit their family members to model the shirts for a photoshoot, but not everyone is on board.
Chase and Faye are less than thrilled about having to wear matching leopard print shirts, while Lindsie and Kyle are hesitant to put their faces on the shirts at all. Savannah, however, is a natural in front of the camera and even suggests they make crop tops as an alternative option.
After the photoshoot is complete, Todd and Julie review the pictures and realize that none of them are good enough to put on a shirt. They decide to scrap the entire idea and move on to something else.
In typical Chrisley fashion, the episode ends with the family gathered around the dinner table, enjoying a home-cooked meal and each other's company. While they may not have been successful in their t-shirt business venture, they're still happy to be together as a family.
Overall, season 4 episode 22 of Chrisley Knows Best is a lighthearted and entertaining look into the Chrisley family's attempts at entrepreneurship and party planning. With plenty of witty one-liners and family drama, it's a perfect watch for fans of reality TV.
