Watch Dance & Be Fit: Latin Groove

Desi Bartlett has designed a special workout based on Latin music. The workout focuses on moving to the beat of the music at varying paces from moderate to high. The focus on the works is one that stresses a great deal of calorie burning. Salsa, Rumble, Merengue, and other styles of dance are presented. The program consists of two workouts of 20 minutes in duration. The workouts are designed to be performed separately or back-to-back on the same day. Clear and detailed instruction helps those who may be beginners follow along with the program.
