Fieri is impressed with the use of fresh ingredients and bold spices in each dish, and even tries his hand at making momos with Pasang.
Moving on to Omaha, Nebraska, Fieri stops at Block 16 for some Korean-inspired American comfort food. Block 16's owner, Paul Urban, describes his menu as "wacky," and Fieri can't wait to try some of the restaurant's innovative dishes. The episode then takes Fieri to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where he visits a cozy little spot called Amilinda, serving up Portuguese and Spanish fare. Chef and owner, Gregory Leon, shares his passion for traditional Iberian ingredients and flavors, and Fieri is amazed by dishes like the "Pork and Clams," which is a classic Portuguese dish, and the "Rabo de Toro," which is a traditional Andalusian oxtail stew.
Lastly, Fieri heads to Houston, Texas, for some Venezuelan cuisine at Four Brothers Venezuelan Food. Brothers, Alfredo, Carlos, Guillermo, and Jose, share their passion for their country's cuisine, and Fieri is impressed with the amount of flavor packed into each dish.
