Ep 7. A Festival of Flavor

Next, Guy heads to Fort Worth, Texas, where he visits the Fort Worth Food And Wine Festival. He tries some upscale dishes, including smoked brisket with jalapeno mac and cheese and a bacon-wrapped quail stuffed with chorizo.

In Miami, Florida, Guy visits the Burger Bash at the South Beach Wine and Food Festival. He samples a variety of burgers, including a lamb burger with tzatziki sauce, a Korean-style burger with kimchi, and a classic cheeseburger with special sauce. Finally, Guy heads to the Devour Phoenix Culinary Classic in Arizona, where he tries a variety of dishes, including red chili-braised short ribs, roasted butternut squash with goat cheese, and caramelized bread pudding with whiskey caramel sauce.
