Finally, Guy wraps up his island-themed episode by visiting Eleven Eleven Mississippi, a St. Louis restaurant that specializes in Caribbean and Creole cooking. Chef de Cuisine Shimon Diamond impresses Guy with his Cajun-style Seafood Jambalaya and Sweet Potato Pie.
