At Rusty's Surf Ranch in Santa Monica, Fieri samples their "Surf 'n' Turf" burger made with a beef patty, lobster, and garlic butter. In Atlanta, he visits Busy Bee Cafe, a soul food restaurant that serves up classic dishes like fried chicken and collard greens. Fieri tries their famous "Ghetto Burger," made with two beef patties, cheese, bacon, and chili.
Finally, Fieri makes his way to Cafe de Olla in Bernalillo, New Mexico, where he tries their twist on traditional New Mexican cuisine. He samples the carne adovada, made with pork marinated in red chile sauce, and the stacked enchiladas with blue corn tortillas and green chile sauce.
