Guy Fieri is hitting the road and crisscrossing the country to find some of the best classic eats in America. In this episode of Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, Fieri takes viewers on a culinary tour of the country, starting in Seattle, Washington.

At The 5 Point Cafe, Fieri samples their signature Cinnamon Roll Pancakes, which are an indulgent start to the day. He also tries their Italian Meatball Grinder, which is loaded with homemade meatballs, marinara sauce, and provolone cheese.

Next up, Fieri heads to New Orleans, Louisiana, where he visits Commander's Palace, a classic New Orleans restaurant that has been around for over 125 years. Fieri samples the restaurant's famous Turtle Soup, which is made with turtle meat, vegetables, and a sherry-laced broth. He also tries the Braised Beef Short Ribs, which are cooked for hours in a rich red wine sauce until they are fork-tender.

In Portland, Oregon, Fieri visits Swank and Swine, a restaurant that specializes in comfort food with a gourmet twist. Fieri starts off with their famous Deviled Eggs, which are topped with crispy fried chicken skin. He also tries the Pork Belly Cubano sandwich, which features slow-cooked pork belly, ham, swiss cheese, and pickles.

In Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Fieri visits the historic Primanti Bros. sandwich shop, which has been serving up classic Pittsburgh-style sandwiches since 1933. Fieri tries the signature Primanti Bros. Sandwich, which is made with grilled meat, cheese, coleslaw, and french fries, all piled high on a fresh Italian bread.

Fieri also visits The Donut Whole in Wichita, Kansas, which is known for their creative and flavorful donuts. Fieri tries the famous Maple Bacon Donut, which is topped with crispy bacon and sticky, sweet maple frosting. He also samples the Raspberry Cheesecake Donut, which is filled with cream cheese frosting and topped with fresh raspberries.

Finally, Fieri heads to Los Angeles, California, where he visits The Oinkster, a restaurant that specializes in slow-roasted rotisserie meats. Fieri tries the Pulled Pork Sandwich, which is made with juicy, tender pork shoulder that has been slow-roasted for hours. He also samples the Pastrami Dip Sandwich, which features thick slices of juicy pastrami on a toasted French roll, served with a side of rich, savory au jus for dipping.

Throughout the episode, Fieri showcases some of the best classic eats in America, highlighting the unique flavors and techniques that make each dish special.
