Guy Fieri is back on the road with his trusty Camaro to explore some of the country's most beloved food joints in "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives" season 2015 episode 7. First up is a spot in Austin, Texas called Polvo's Mexican Restaurant. Guy tries their award-winning fried chicken and iconic hot sausage po' boy, and can't get enough of their bread pudding with rum sauce.
Finally, Guy heads to Seattle to visit a modern Korean spot called Girin. This upscale restaurant features contemporary Korean cuisine with a focus on local and sustainable ingredients. Guy samples some of their signature dishes like bulgogi and bibimbap, and gets a lesson in how to properly grill beef short ribs. The chef and owner, Brandon Kirksey, shares his philosophy on blending traditional Korean dishes with modern techniques and flavors.
