The bistro’s owner, Chef Barret, shares the secrets of his in-house dry-aging process, which he says gives all his beef dishes a unique, mouth-watering flavor profile.

Later, Fieri heads to a butcher shop in California, where he samples some of the most delicious and innovative sausages he's ever had. The shop's co-owner, Chef Bruce, shows off some of his most popular sausages, including a spicy red wine sausage and a tandoori chicken sausage.

Next on the list is a small burger joint in Wisconsin, where Fieri indulges in the ultimate cheeseburger made with farm-fresh beef, rich cheese, and a variety of amazing toppings. The owner tells Fieri their secret recipe for their signature house-ground beef patty, made fresh daily with a variety of spices and special ingredients.

Finally, Fieri visits a beer garden in New York, where he samples some of the most delicious beer-braised pork shanks he's ever tasted. The beer garden's chef shows Fieri how he braises his pork shank in beer, creating a tender and flavorful dish that's perfect for any meat-lover.

Throughout the episode, Fieri highlights the passion and dedication of each restaurant's owners and chefs, and gives viewers a glimpse into their unique cooking techniques and flavorful recipes. From classic BBQ and burgers to innovative sausages and beer-braised meat dishes, Meaty Masterpieces is a must-watch episode for anyone who loves meat!
