Food Paradise Season 12 Episode 30 Saucy

In this episode of Food Paradise, titled "Saucy," we explore some of the most flavorful, saucy dishes in America. From tangy BBQ sauces to creamy Alfredo sauces, this episode has it all.

We start off in St. Louis, Missouri, at the BBQ joint Pappy's Smokehouse. Here, we sample their famous ribs that are coated in their sweet and spicy Pappy's Original BBQ Sauce. We also get to taste their brisket that is cooked to perfection and topped with their tangy Carolina Vinegar Sauce. After getting our fill of BBQ, we head to Chicago for some Italian-American cuisine.

At the local favorite Italian Village, we dive into a classic dish, Chicken Vesuvio, which is smothered in a garlic and white wine sauce. We also try their famous Linguini with Clam Sauce that features a light and buttery white wine sauce with plenty of clams. Next, we head to New York City for some Mexican cuisine.

Our first stop in the city is at La Esquina, where we try their delicious Chilaquiles Rojos that are drenched in a spicy tomato-based sauce and topped with eggs. We also sample their Carne Asada tacos that have a tangy green tomatillo sauce. After our Mexican feast, we indulge in some Southern comfort food in Atlanta.

At The Rendezvous, we try their famous Dry Rub Ribs which are coated in a spicy dry rub and served with a tangy vinegar-based BBQ sauce. We also get to taste their BBQ Nachos that feature a pile of nacho chips topped with pulled pork and plenty of BBQ sauce. Finally, we head to San Francisco for some Asian-inspired dishes.

At Burma Superstar, we try their famous Tea Leaf Salad that features a tangy and savory dressing made from fermented tea leaves. We also taste their Burmese Beef Curry that is smothered in a hearty curry sauce and served with fluffy rice.
