In the Tournament: Super Teams Part 3 episode of Guy's Grocery Games season 22, the competition continues as four new teams of well-known chefs from across the country are put to the test in three rounds of intense culinary challenges. These teams, made up of two chefs each, are competing for not only bragging rights but also the chance to win a grand prize of $35,000.

The first round, called "One Ingredient Per Aisle," challenges each team to create a dish using only one ingredient from each of the grocery store's seven aisles. The catch? They have to use every ingredient in their dish, making for some creative and sometimes challenging combinations.

In round two, "Budget Battle," chefs are given a limited budget to purchase ingredients for their dishes. They have to strategize to make the most of their funds while also creating a delicious and visually appealing dish that meets Guy's specific requirements.

Finally, in the last round, "Game of Groceries," chefs have to race through the grocery store aisles to collect ingredients as quickly as possible, competing in a series of mini-challenges along the way. They then have to use these ingredients to create a dish that showcases their skills and creativity.

Throughout the episode, host Guy Fieri keeps the energy high and the chefs on their toes with his signature style and quick wit. The judges, who taste and evaluate each dish, are Chef Beau MacMillan, Chef Jet Tila, and Chef Antonia Lofaso.

As the competition heats up, tensions run high and the chefs face unforeseen twists and challenges. It all comes down to the final moment when only one team can emerge victorious.
