In the first round, the chefs must create a delicious dish using only five ingredients found in the grocery store's clearance section. The second round is all about fast and furious cooking. The chefs must race against the clock to prepare a delicious meal in only 30 minutes using a set of mystery ingredients that are revealed just before the round begins. The challenge is even more daunting because the chefs are not allowed to use any kitchen tools other than a blender and a knife.

Finally, in the last round, the top two chefs face-off in an epic showdown to create a mouthwatering dish using only four ingredients. The catch? The ingredients are chosen at random by spinning a wheel, and the chefs are not allowed to go back to the store for more ingredients. With only 30 minutes on the clock, the chefs must rely on their instincts and culinary expertise to impress the judges and win the grand prize.
