Hot Bench Season 8 Episode 27 A Couch and a Loan

The plaintiff rented a room to the defendant for several months, but claims that the defendant failed to pay rent on time and caused damage to the apartment. The defendant, on the other hand, argues that the rent was too high for the condition of the apartment and that she had already paid for the damages she caused.
