Ep 2. Confrontation with the Past

In Kaze No Stigma season 1 episode 2 titled "Confrontation with the Past," we see the continuation of the story of Kazuma and Ayano, two members of the Kannagi clan. The spirit has taken control of Ayano's body due to her anger and frustration towards her family and clan. Kazuma, Tsui-Ling, and Ayano must work together to separate Ayano from the spirit and defeat it.

Throughout the episode, we see the strained relationship between Ayano and her family. She is constantly reminded of her failures and shortcomings, which have caused her to feel angry and resentful towards her family and clan. The possession by Shuten-Doji only exacerbates these feelings and puts Ayano in danger.

Kazuma, on the other hand, has a different relationship with the Kannagi clan. He was once a member of the clan but was banished due to his inability to control his powers. As a result, he has a complicated relationship with Ayano and her family. Despite this, he is willing to help Ayano because he understands what it's like to be an outcast and he believes that she deserves better treatment.

Overall, "Confrontation with the Past" is a thrilling episode that showcases the powers of the wind mage, Kazuma, and provides insight into the complicated relationships between the characters.
