Next, Mooking ventures into the woods to meet with Chef Craig Cyr, who specializes in Caribou and Moose. Craig is the head chef of a group of hunting and fishing guides and is an expert in foraging, fishing, and hunting. After a successful day of fishing and hunting, Craig creates a delicious feast by using a combination of fresh caught fish and game meats. He cooks the meats over open flames and serves it with wild mushrooms and berries.

In the final segment, Mooking meets with Chef Marty Carpenter, who takes him to a remote lake in the heart of British Columbia. Here Mooking and Carpenter create a meal that includes Sockeye Salmon that was caught only hours before. Carpenter fills the salmon with fresh herbs and lemons and then roasts it over a fire. He serves it with a side of roasted potatoes and carrots that were also cooked in the flames.

Wilderness Cooking showcases the use of natural elements to cook meals from scratch. Viewers watch as skilled chefs demonstrate their expertise in not only cooking but also in the art of survival. The show is a must-watch for outdoor enthusiasts and those who enjoy learning new cooking techniques as it uncovers the secrets of cooking in the wild and gives viewers a real taste of the great outdoors.
