Ep 6. Honolulu, Hawaii

Adam Richman is back in paradise on the island of Honolulu, Hawaii, for Season 2, Episode 6 of Man V Food. In this episode, he attempts to conquer some of the island's most iconic and challenging food challenges.

First up is the infamous "Pancake Challenge" at the Koko Head Cafe. Adam is faced with a mountain of pancakes that are each the size of a small pizza. He only has 45 minutes to eat the entire stack, which is also topped with bacon and eggs. Will Adam be able to power through this daunting dish?

Next, Adam heads to the Aloha Stadium Swap Meet to try some local Hawaiian favorites. He samples the plate lunch, which consists of a generous serving of chicken katsu, macaroni salad, and rice. He also tries some spam musubi, a dish that combines spam, rice, and nori seaweed. Can Adam handle the Hawaiian cuisine?

After a quick stop at Leonard's Bakery for some malasadas, Adam heads to the Ward Centre to take on the "Firecracker Challenge" at the Sushi King restaurant. This dish consists of a plate of sushi rolls that gradually increase in heat level, culminating in the extremely spicy "firecracker" roll. Adam must finish the entire plate in under 30 minutes to conquer this challenge. Will he be able to handle the heat?

Finally, Adam visits Hula's Bar and Lei Stand for the "Big Kahuna Challenge." This monstrous meal consists of a massive burger topped with cheese and bacon, as well as two large side dishes. Adam only has 45 minutes to finish everything on the plate. Can he conquer this final food feat?
