Man v. Food is back for its fourth season and this time Adam Richman is hitting up Tampa Bay. The episode opens with Adam speaking about how much he loves the Tampa Bay area and all of the amazing food that can be found there. He then heads to his first stop, a BBQ joint called Al's Finger Licking Good BBQ.

At Al's, Adam tries a variety of their signature dishes including their ribs, chicken, mac and cheese, collard greens, and cornbread. The highlight of the meal is the BBQ brisket which Adam describes as "falling off the bone" tender and full of flavor. Adam also gets to meet the owner of the restaurant, Al himself, who tells him the story of how he got into the BBQ business and what sets Al's apart from other BBQ joints in the area.

Next up, Adam heads over to a local food truck park called The Smokin' Bowls. Here, he tries a variety of unique dishes including a Korean BBQ beef bowl, a Buffalo chicken bowl, and a quinoa bowl. Adam is impressed with the creativity and quality of the dishes and comments on how great it is that Tampa Bay has such a diverse food scene.

For his third stop, Adam heads to a restaurant called The Columbia which is known for serving authentic Spanish cuisine. Adam and the chef prepare a classic paella together which is a dish made up of rice, chicken, chorizo, and seafood. The dish takes over an hour to prepare but Adam comments on how the time is worth it when you taste the final product.

After all that food, Adam takes a break to engage in some local activities. He takes a boat tour of Tampa Bay where he gets to see some of the local wildlife including dolphins and manatees. He also takes a bike ride around the city and visits some of the local landmarks and attractions including the Tampa Bay Rays' stadium and the Tampa Theatre.

For his last food stop of the episode, Adam heads to a burger joint called The Avenue. Here, he tries a variety of their signature burgers including a burger with peanut butter and banana and a burger with a fried egg on top. Adam comments on how juicy and delicious the burgers are and how they're the perfect end to a day of eating in Tampa Bay.

Overall, Man v. Food's visit to Tampa Bay highlights the amazing food and diverse culinary scene that the area has to offer. From BBQ to Spanish cuisine to unique twists on burgers, there's something for everyone in Tampa Bay. So if you're ever in the area, be sure to check out some of the restaurants and food trucks featured in this episode.
