In the seventh episode of the seventh season of Man v. Food, host Casey Webb takes on Portland, Oregon in his never-ending quest for the best food challenges in America. This episode is all about the Pacific Northwest city's best eats that come in excess and over-the-top portions.

Casey begins his food adventure at Holy Grill, a local Portland establishment that serves up amazing breakfast sandwiches, burritos, and bowls. Here, he tries The Revival, a hearty sammy sandwich loaded with eggs, cheese, bacon, and sausage, among other things. Casey loves the sandwich, but the kicker here is that it comes with hash browns, tater tots, and even country gravy on top--a real breakfast of champions if you ask this food fanatic.

Next up, Casey heads out to the Hoss Soss food truck to try their Hoss Burger Challenge. The Hoss Burger Challenge consists of a massive, two-pound cheeseburger stuffed with bacon, onion rings, and jalapenos. Casey is up for the challenge, and he heads to the food truck with determination. Just one look at that huge burger, and you can tell this isn't going to be a simple feat. But, Casey does his best to conquer the challenge and live up to the name of the show.

Later on, Casey heads over to Pambiche, a Cuban restaurant famous for their massive Cubano sandwich. This sandwich is so huge, it has to be served on a 15-inch baguette! This giant creation features a blend of roasted pork, ham, swiss cheese, pickles, and mustard--all the classic Cuban flavors one could ever want. Casey is excited to try this sandwich and see how much of it he can handle.

For dessert, Casey heads out to Pip's Original Doughnuts and Chai, a local Portland shop that has made a serious name for itself thanks to their mini doughnuts. These mini treats pack big flavor, and Casey tries some of their most creative flavors, including Nutella and sea salt, cinnamon sugar, and honey and sea salt.

Casey's last stop on his Portland food tour is at Salvador Molly's, a restaurant famous for its "Great Balls of Fire" challenge. The challenge is to eat five habanero cheese fritters in a row with a few seconds in between each ball to catch your breath. Casey has his work cut out for him and he takes on the challenge with determination--but will he be able to complete it?

Throughout the episode, viewers get to see the beautiful city of Portland and learn about why it's such a foodie's paradise. From food trucks to sit-down restaurants, the city has something for everyone, and Casey is happy to show viewers why it's a must-visit destination for anyone who loves to eat.

Overall, the seventh episode of Man v. Food's seventh season is definitely worth checking out. With Portland's best food takes on display, viewers are treated to a veritable feast of dishes, and Casey's always-enthusiastic attitude makes the episode even more fun to watch. So, grab your favorite snack and settle in for some serious food envy--you're not going to want to miss this one!
