Adam Richman travels to the Windy City in season 7 episode 8 of Man v. Food to take on some of Chicago's most famous food challenges. His first stop is Lou Malnati's Pizzeria, where he tries their world-famous deep-dish pizza. As a New Yorker, Adam is skeptical of any pizza that isn't thin crust, but he's willing to give it a try. After a brief lesson on how to eat deep-dish pizza, he takes on Lou Malnati's challenge of eating an entire large pizza in under an hour. Can he do it?

Next up, Adam heads to Portillo's, a Chicago institution known for their hot dogs and Italian beef sandwiches. He tries the Jumbo Chili Cheese Dog, a massive hot dog loaded with chili and cheese. Adam has never been a big fan of hot dogs, but he's willing to give it a shot. He also tries the Italian Beef Sandwich, a Chicago classic that's loaded with thinly sliced beef and drips with juices from the beef and giardiniera peppers. Adam then takes on the challenge of eating a Jumbo Chili Cheese Dog, an Italian Beef Sandwich, and a full order of cheese fries in under an hour.

Adam then heads to The Wiener’s Circle, a late-night hot dog stand famous for its rude service. He tries the infamous "Chocolate Milkshake" - a chocolate milkshake with a shot of Malort added to it. Malort is a bitter liqueur that's not for the faint of heart, and Adam struggles to keep it down. He also tries the char-dog, a Chicago-style hot dog that's been grilled to perfection. Finally, he takes on The Wiener’s Circle challenge of eating "The Four Play" – four char-dogs with a mountain of fries in under 20 minutes.

Adam's last stop is a Chicago-style steakhouse, where he tries a 72-ounce ribeye steak. This is one of the biggest steaks Adam has ever seen, and he's a little intimidated. He also tries the "Tornado Potato", a spiral-cut potato that's deep-fried and sprinkled with seasoning. Adam then takes on the steak challenge of eating the entire 72-ounce ribeye steak plus sides in under one hour.

Throughout the episode, Adam also explores some of Chicago's iconic landmarks and neighborhoods, including Navy Pier, Millennium Park, and Wrigleyville. He also meets some of the people who make Chicago great, including the owners and chefs of the restaurants he visits.

Man v. Food season 7 episode 8 is a must-see for any food lover, especially those who love Chicago-style cuisine. Whether you're a fan of deep-dish pizza, Italian beef sandwiches, or hot dogs, Adam Richman has got you covered. Will he be able to conquer all of Chicago's food challenges? Tune in to find out!
