In Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles season 11 episode 8 titled "Brother Dearest," viewers are taken on a journey through the world of high-end real estate in Los Angeles as three real estate agents compete to sell some of the city’s most luxurious properties.
The episode begins with Josh Flagg, the show's seasoned veteran and one of Los Angeles' most successful agents, preparing to put a Beverly Hills mansion on the market. The property is a sprawling six-bedroom, eight-bath estate with 11,200 square feet of living space set on a private 25,397 square foot lot. Flagg is confident in his ability to sell the property quickly and for top dollar, but he faces some unexpected competition from his own flesh and blood.
Meanwhile, rising star Tracy Tutor is tasked with selling a $9 million dollar modern farmhouse in the coveted Brentwood neighborhood. The property is a true gem, with an open floor plan, European oak floors, and custom built-ins throughout. However, Tutor is faced with a difficult seller who is hesitant to make any concessions, putting her negotiation skills to the test.
Rounding out the trio of agents is James Harris, who is tasked with selling a sleek modern home in the Hollywood Hills with stunning 270-degree views of the city below. The sprawling property is equipped with four bedrooms and six bathrooms and has recently undergone a major renovation, including the addition of a state-of-the-art home theater. But as Harris prepares to show the home to a potential client, he discovers that a landslide could threaten the property and put the sale in jeopardy.
