On reaching the top floor, he is faced with a swanky, well-decorated office. Pink Panther soon encounters a rat who begins chewing on the furniture. Pink Panther springs into action with his vacuum cleaner, chasing the rat around the office. The rat evades Pink Panther's suction several times, which leads to Pink Panther devising creative ways to lure the rat out of its hiding place.

As the episode continues, Pink Panther decides to try out a new approach to pest control using a fake mouse. However, things don't go as planned, and he ends up causing more disruption than he intended, much to the amusement of the viewers.

With his efforts to control the rat problem seemingly going awry, Pink Panther then decides to investigate the root cause of the issue. The trail leads him outside the building, where he discovers that the rats are coming from a trash heap situated right next to the building. Pink Panther decides to remedy the situation himself by creating a mini garbage chute using his vacuum cleaner, sucking up all the rubbish and disposing of it far away from the building.

As Pink Panther leaves the scene with a job well done, he encounters an unlikely winged creature in the form of a crow that surprises him by flying directly at him. Pink Panther jumps up leaving the vacuum cleaner behind. The crow proceeds to land on the vacuum cleaner, accidentally activating it as it tries to fly off. With its powerful suction on full blast, the vacuum cleaner sucks up the crow, resulting in another hilarious outcome for Pink Panther.

Despite the mishaps, Pink Panther's unorthodox approach to pest control saves the day, and the building is now free from pesky intruders.
