Ep 2. The Leap Home Part II (Vietnam) - April 7, 1970

Sam Beckett leaps into his own older brother Tom in Vietnam in 1970. His mission is to reunite his brother with his estranged family and prevent himself from following in his brother's footsteps by staying in the military. However, he soon realizes he is not the only one with a mission to accomplish. As he navigates a dangerous warzone, he must also save the lives of his fellow soldiers and avoid enemy capture. Along the way, he reconnects with his family and is forced to confront the harsh reality of war. The episode provides a compelling commentary on the Vietnam War, as well as the emotional toll it takes on soldiers and their loved ones. The drama is heightened by electric performances from the entire cast, particularly Scott Bakula as Sam/Tom and Dean Stockwell as Al, his holographic guide.
