Ep 3. Fast and Furious

They must also incorporate a regional twist into their dishes, as they are in the heart of St. Louis and the judges are looking for dishes that reflect the local culture and flavors.

As the judges taste each team's dish, they take note of how well the teams incorporated the regional flavors into their dishes, as well as how well they were able to work under pressure and use the ingredients they were given. Some teams excel, while others fall flat.

Finally, it's time for the Food Truck Face Off, where the teams go head-to-head in a cook-off challenge. This week's challenge requires the teams to prepare a dish that is both healthy and delicious, using only ingredients that can be found at a gas station. This challenge tests the teams' ability to be creative and resourceful, all while staying within a tight budget.
