He also discovers that guacamole doesn't just have to be made with avocado - it can also contain ingredients like spinach and edamame.

Finally, the show wraps up with a segment on candy. Marc visits a candy-making factory, where he sees how candy canes are made by hand and how lollipops are created using large machines. He also learns about some of the new trends in candy, like sour gummies and chocolate-covered popcorn.
